How to Make Turmeric Milk:
Add 1 tablespoon to 6–8 oz hot water and mix well. Add milk and sweetener if desired. Note: some herbs may settle rather than dissolve. Swirl and sip to receive the full prebiotic benefit.
Other Ways to Brew:
Creamy & Hot: Mix 6 oz hot water with 1 tablespoon Bitter & Bold. Add 2 oz milk or cream, 1 teaspoon ghee (optional), and your favorite sweetener. Stir well.
Creamy & Iced: Combine 6 oz water with 1 tablespoon Bitter & Bold. Pour over ice and top with 2 oz milk or cream. Sweeten if desired and stir well.
In a French Press: Pour 8 oz hot water over 1 tablespoon Bitter & Bold. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes, then filter. Add milk or cream and sweetener if desired.
