Each 500mg capsule contains 250mg Boswellia (Boswellia serrata) resin - extract of gum resins standardized to contain 65% (162 mg) Organic Boswellin Acids, 100mg Curcumin Extract (Curcuma longa) root containing min 90% standardized extract of tumeric root powder, and 100mg natural Turmeric Root Powder. Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flower and Calcium Laurate.
